PANZER BALL

Over the past few years, I’ve reviewed a lot of tabletop games, but I haven’t reviewed any board games. I thought this year I’d change that.

First up: Panzer Ball Game Review

Panzer Ball is a board game, but it’s not the kind of board game that you’re used to. It comes with an inflatable game board, a ball, and a bunch of cardboard tokens. It’s basically a game of football (or soccer) that you play in a pool.

There are two teams, each consisting of four players. The pool represents the field. The field is divided into two halves, one for each team. The object of the game is to get a ball into your opponent’s goal.

The tokens are used to represent the players on the field. Each token has three numbers on it, representing the player’s speed, strength, and defense.

To play the game, each team places its tokens on the opposite side of the pool from the other team. The tokens are placed where they want on the field. When everyone is ready, the referee blows the whistle and the game begins.

The players take turns rolling dice, which determine their speed for one turn. They use the speed to move their token around the pool. A player can move the ball to pass to other players, kick the ball towards the goal, or use the ball to attack a player on the other team.

There are special tokens that can be used to attack other players on the field. A defensive token can be used to block an attack. A speed token can be used to move quickly.
